Qualsafe Level 3 Award in the Safe Administration of Lifesaving Medication (RQF)

We deliver the Qualsafe Level 3 Award in First Response Emergency Care (RQF) course for individuals and organisations requiring a nationally recognised and accredited qualification in pre-hospital emergency care.

Delivered by pre hospital care professionals with real-world operational backgrounds, our FREC 3 course combines engaging classroom teaching with practical, scenario-based learning. Training is available at our dedicated training suites in Glasgow and Edinburgh, or can be delivered on-site for group bookings.

You will fulfil the competencies set out in the PHEM skills framework at level D, gaining the knowledge and practical skills needed to deal with a range of prehospital emergency care situations.

My father was transported from a Glasgow hospital to his new home in Wiltshire.
I apologise I don't have the names of the paramedics who facilitated the transfer, but they were outstanding in their professionalism, compassion and good humour.
He was so well looked after throughout the journey, and even enjoyed a sleep on the chair that folds down to a substantial bed in the back of the ambulance.
Having considered alternatives (plane, train, private vehicle) for this 500 mile journey, this was definitely the best choice, and I am very grateful to the team and the company for getting my father to me in a timely manner and in good form. Thankyou.

The hospital was unable to provide an ambulance to take my brother in law home. He was getting palliative care and time was short. I contacted Amvale and Joe managed to get a crew together within a couple of hours. The 2 staff who transfered my brother in law were amazing. Our family and support staff can't thank them enough. Colin passed away within a few hours at home with his sister by his side. Thank you.

Excellent 5 day course from start to finish. It was at times overwhelming with the amount of information the course contained but it was very well run and structured. We had the best trainer (Stevie McKenzie ) who broke it down and made it easier to process and digest. His very realistic approach when it came to the practical training was vital for me as it showed me the fast pace I’d be expected to work at as a first responder.
By the end of the course I had gained the knowledge and practice I needed to have the confidence in my abilities. I got on really well with fellow students on the course. We bonded instantly and worked well together as a team.
I would highly recommend this 5 day course regardless of experience or knowledge.
All the staff at the Amvale Glasgow training centre are so welcoming, friendly, approachable and supportive.
Big thanks to Andrew Short and Melissa who are lovely, friendly and happy to answer any queries relating to the course.

Highly Recommend Amvale Scotland a superb service.
We used Amvale for private ambulance transport for my elderly mother from Scotland to England, Borders General Hospital to Solihull care home.
My mum felt safe on what was a very long journey well cared for by trained professional staff. So glad we used Amvale in transporting such a precious cargo.

From my first call to the safe delivery of my mum from Dumfries hospital to Leeds, Andrew was very helpful and gave me the confidence my 91 old mother would be in very safe hands. The ambulance arrived as promised and my mother was full of praise at how well she had been treated and delivered to her assisted flat. I was given a breakdown of timings with the crew calling me when they were 30 minutes away. The price was very reasonable and I have nothing but praise for the first class service. Would tell anyone looking for a private ambulance to use this service!
